Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the spacious superior king room and the fantastic private shuttle service that made our airport transfers a breeze. The outdoor pool and lush garden area were perfect for unwinding after our temple visits. The only small downside was that it was a bit far from the beach, but we rented scooters to explore local spots, which was fun! 😊

There was appetising food, the staff was attentive and friendly. The room we had included a mini fridge bar, a sitting area, and ironing facilities. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Cancun airport and La Veleta.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The room was spacious, but the A/C made it too humid for comfort.

The private indoor pool. It added a luxurious touch to our room 😍. Just wish it was easier to navigate the area, as GPS had us lost initially.

great service but breakfast needs improvement
The service stood out . Every staff member was attentive. The garden view from our superior king room was relaxing and added charm to our experience.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited for such a high-end hotel.

The atmosphere boasts beautifully designed spaces, with local art and striking aesthetics throughout the hotel. Relaxing by the fine pool or hanging out in the lush gardens offers a perfect escape from the noise of everyday life.
Finding this place can be a bit of a treasure hunt. GPS sends you to the wrong side of the jungle, leaving you scrambling for clear directions. Without windows to open and high humidity, the air conditioning needs to be on, which may not suit everyone. Being a distance from beaches means shelling out about $50 for taxi rides daily if that's where you plan to spend your time.

A Relaxing Getaway with Room for Improvement
The beach access provided a perfect escape, but the location meant expensive taxis. Dining options were limited and could use enhancement, especially for those seeking variety. Bring cash for tips to avoid awkward situations.

Loved biking around, sipping cocktails by the pool, and challenging myself at billiards. the private pool in my villa made me feel like a celebrity.
Bring my personal outdoor fan next time; the humidity and no fresh air were a real treat.
